Describe the bug
While the version-date of asmjit has been updated, the source codes of asmjit is not updated.

Additional context

#48287 updated version-date only.
We have to update REF of vcpkg_from_github.

I believe we need to revert the version-date back from 2025-10-13.

We can't update asmjit because fbgemm requires asmjit 1.17 (which was released at Jul, 27 2025) and fbgemm has no plan to update asmjit.

I recognize that updating asmjit is difficult because API changes occur even outside major version releases.
