Also should enable editing and saving of ARM payloads right from VSCode for convenience.

Environments -> we already have a tree view
Deployments -> we already support deployments
Versions -> we already support this

Feature request for Custom Metadata:
Right-click API:

-> this will open custom metadata.json or yaml file, similar to what we have in APIC via the metadata tab. something like the following:

Now developer can modify the file and save updates back to APIC.
