Add the ability to get deployment url from deployment

I'm using the VS Code to write an application, agent, etc. I would like to use an API in api center in my code. To do this, I need the endpoint to call. Howerver, using the API Center plugin, I can only see the deployment. I can't do anything with it.

It would be great to have some way to get the deployment url.

If only Runtime URL is useful to end user, maybe we could just provide a 'Copy Runtime URL'. Otherwise, If more infomation or metadata that are useful to end user, then we want to show the ful info of deployment details in some way.
