Build Version: v0.15.4-alpha.0
Regression: Not a Regression

Repro Steps:

Create an empty file for one file share.
Open and edit the above file.
Click "X" to close the file -> Click "Save" to save the change.
Check whether the file change in file share is saved within 3 seconds.

Expect:
The file change in file share is saved within 3 seconds.

Actual:
The file change in file share isn't saved within 3 seconds.

More Info:

This issue also reproduces when saving the file change by "CTRL+S".
This issue does not reproduce in blob file.
