Raw cell is being executed by IJulia kernel

Raw cells are not supposed to be executed regardless of language kernel, it is a way to pass on text as is to down stream processes.

When using the python kernel, it is indeed the case:

But when using the IJulia kernel, it is being executed:

How do I prevent raw cells in a notebook, regardless of language, from being executed? Thanks.

Please could you enable logging as follows:

• Open settings & go into Jupyter->Logging
• Change the value to verbose
• Reload VS Code,
• Attempt to repro the issue & then copy the output from the Jupyter output panel.

@DaymondLing I have filed an issue here for this bug, #12687
I'll submit a fix today, however this fix will not make it into the next release as that will be shipped this later this week.
In the mean time you can install vscode insiders and try the pre-release version of the Jupyter extension to get around this for now.
