Provide insights on runtime query during query run

Currently it's not possible to see how long a query is running. This would be a nice addition to the extension:

So in this example the query runtime is show after the run is complete.

I've noticed that the Executing query animation sometimes stops animating, even when the query is still running.
So this timer would be a good addition to see if the query is still running and provide the runtime.
