Dacpac/Bacpac Database Functionality

ADS has a Dacpac / Bacpac extension:

I love using the bacpack export/import functionality to easily backup my DB's from Azure and the import them locally.

As suggested by @Benjin in a previous issue, this is a request to see if this functionality can also be migrated across to vscode-mssql.

Seeing that the latest SSMS v20.2 still doesn't support a proper dark theme and is painfully slow to boot, please make SQL Server Dacpac available as an extension within VS Code, just like it is available in ADS.

This was the only reason I used ADS. Migrating this would be great. Is there a CLI-based alternative? That would be good enough.

Considering how dacpac exports hasn't worked on macbooks for months I am a bit surprised this hasn't been developed yet

Maybe you should update https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure-data-studio/download-azure-data-studio and clarify that this replacement does not support managing databases. I had to re-install Azure Data Studio.

I just found out that VS Code does not support this.
.. so apparently, only Windows users with SSMS should care about bacpacs and dacpacs

@kevinstampe easy there, tiger. It's all good. Azure Data Studio is xplat and it works really really well. I've stopped using SSMS for a number of years now. (I'm on w11 btw).

So it's ok. I'm pretty quietly confident that the team will migrate this across. If not, we still have ADS, even after a year it will still work.

Don't really need SSMS anymore. bin it.

@PureKrome #420 seems to suggest this will never be a part of this extension. I hope they change their minds.
