Import Servers (and Server Groups) from Azure Data Studio

With the sunsetting of Azure Data studio, it would be nice to have a feature to import the connections/groups from Azure Data Studio. I don't think server groups are supported so that would be needed to do this I think. Looks like an open ticket for that was created recently here https://github.com/microsoft/vscode-mssql/issues/18652
