Peek Definition showing 'No definition for SP" when in VS Code

• MSSQL Extension Version: 1.28.0
• VSCode Version: 1.97.1
• OS Version: Windows 11

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Connect to DB in MSSQL Extension.
2. type name of Stored procedure
3. right click and peek defintion, or use F12 shortcut.

Have tried multiple stored procedures and it is not working for any.
