[Feature Request] Allow to browse Azure Databases and Servers directly, without adding each connection

In Azure Data Studio, when you have a connection to an Azure Subscription, it is possible to browse servers, databases and its tables directly, without needing to add each connection individually.

It would be nice to see this in vscode. For subscriptions with many databases or multiple subscriptions it would save a lot of time.
