Refocus Diagram View on Filtered Tables Upon Applying Filter

Ideally, the view will re-focus on the filtered tables when a filter is applied. This ensures the user can immediately see the filtered tables without manually searching for them in the diagram view.

Same applies for Auto-arrange. The view should re-focus to the rearranged tables. I recall this re-focus behavior existed in the old UX library version.
