"Delete" and "Filter" buttons in Ribbon are not entirely clickable

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Hover over "Delete" and "Filter" button in the ribbon
2. Observe that only 1/3 of the button is clickable, whereas the rest is not

• Above the red line: Not clickable
• Under the red line: Clickable
