Make advanced properties not automatically show up in table designer.

Right now, the advanced properties panel pops up automatically when interacting with the columns table, which ends up hiding the table on smaller screens.
Let’s avoid that behavior — instead, show a gear icon that opens the advanced properties when clicked.
