Winget requires msi or exe file. Zip is not permitted.
This issue needs to be addressed at the distributor level. Issue reported here: ngrok/ngrok#80
The ngrok repository maintainer needs to set up release pipeline to host installer on GitHub and hook into the Winget autoupdater.
