Private midnight-ledger-prototype repo blocks building the indexer

I'm trying to build the midnight-indexer project, but the build fails due to an inaccessible dependency:

midnight-ledger             = { git = "https://github.com/midnightntwrk/midnight-ledger-prototype", tag = "ledger-4.0.0" }

This repository appears to be private or restricted, which prevents contributors from compiling the indexer out of the box.

This will be fixed in the fullness of time as that repo gets open sourced. For now I'm afraid you'll have to yolo PRs and the CI will pick up any compile issues. We are working hard to open source all the repos that indexer relies upon. Please bear with us.
