Migrate Discord settings drafting to modals #8
Description
Discord allows replying to a slash command with a modal, which can include components such as buttons. These could be used for the /pick and /ban commands instead of ephemeral follow-up messages to improve the UX (and potentially fix the issue where Mido's message reporting the selection appears to be in reply to a deleted message).
