New bookmarks under the same volume do not replace older ones

Steps to reproduce

Hit the bookmark button while in a chapter view.
Scroll or advance the page.
Hit the bookmark button again.

✔️ Expected Behavior

If there are no bookmarks for this volume, add a new bookmark.
If there are existing bookmarks for this volume, prompt whether to add or replace the existing bookmark.

❌ Actual Behavior

A new bookmark is always added to the list. Prior to 2.21.0 stable (I think), this used to prompt regularly. The only time the same manga would add a second bookmark without asking is when you started a new volume.

This was intended feature from multiple requests. If this is really needed then it is possible to add a setting to allow only one bookmark per manga_chapter/epub. Reply or add enhancement label if you want to convert this issue to feature request.

I liked this functionality personally so would appreciate the setting to return it. Can't add the label myself due to permissions.
