Editing metadata on audio tracks?

I'm looking on a detailed how to on changing the metadata and audio tracks to label them as audio commentary, descriptive audio something like that, and then how do I save the changes ?

depends on how you define "audio commentary", which app are you using and what is the feature called there? maybe you need to change the "disposition" for the track in losslesscut

Sorry if I wasn't clear but, I'm using your app, in the track section there's a metadata area for individual tracks what do I do in there to label them what I want them to be labeled at and how do I save it after that?

again it depends on what you want to achieve by labeling it. you can go and add tags to the individual tracks and then export the file.

1. Open tracks panel
2. Click the right hamburger menu next to the audio track
3. click "Edit track metdata"
4. Under "Tags", find the input named "Add metadata", enter the name of the metadata tag, e.g. "language"
5. click the "+" icon
6. In "Enter value" type the value, e.g. "eng"
7. Click on the "✔️ Tick" button
8. Click "Done"
9. Close tracks panel
10. Export
