Unfortunately I don't understand this sentence

In the tool menu the ability to use that script to make contact sheets / video thumbnail sheets for the videos your exporting. Would be very useful. For example if I just exported a video and also use that tool. I would have a separate JPEG file with the video thumbnail file that I could use when sending On the internet as a video preview.
