Align Segment Times to Keyframes – Add "Start to Previous, End to Next" option

Description

Current Behavior:

• The feature allows aligning segment start and end individually with different strategies (nearest, previous, next)
• Alternatively, both can be aligned together using the same strategy

Requested Enhancement:

• Add a combined strategy: Start → Previous keyframe, End → Next keyframe
• This ensures that the selected segment always includes the full content around the chosen range, avoiding accidental trimming at either end

Additional Request:

• Provide keyboard shortcuts for segment manipulation options to speed up workflow

Use Case:

• When pre-configuring .llc files, I want to ensure that upon opening the video for final modifications, the segments are automatically aligned using the "Start to Previous, End to Next" strategy
• This avoids losing content at the start or end of the selection and makes editing more efficient
