Summary

Add a test case to verify that NetworkPolicy resources are correctly
exported, transformed, and applied to the target cluster during a
stateless migration.

Acceptance Criteria

• NetworkPolicy is present on target after migration
• NetworkPolicy spec matches source (pod selector, ingress/egress rules)
• No errors during export/transform/apply pipeline
