MTC 1.3 : Progress bar shows "Canceling" as a prefix to the name of the phase

I am unsure if this is intended or not

When you cancel a migration, the progress bar shows word "Canceling" as a prefix to the actual phase name.

This message should only have the name of the phase.

@pranavgaikwad Once a migration is cancelling the phase name seems no longer relevant, so I'd argue in favor of removing the phase name and leaving "Cancelling" in this scenario.
