Shared devnet for one click deployer #16
Description
A helpful addition to purely local development is to have a shared devnet (stacks and bitcoin on regtest) environment.
This can provide a long running devnet for testing dao deployment with multiple projects but retains the benefit of easy contract redeployment.
This environment may require port forwarding to be set up by the tester in order to overcome issues with stacks explorer and maybe the wallet - this issue needs investigating.
