Buzzer controlled from RS41NG

Would it be possible to add a function to activate a piezoelectric buzzer using the radiosonde pins? If there isn't an Arduino or a Raspberry in the payload, it seems like a bit of a waste to add it just to make some noise :-) Another advantage would be to move it away from the cameras, so as not to have 3 hours of video with constant noise.
