Docker for Windows

After reinstalling Windows I also lost the Docker program, I hadn't configured it, now I don't know what to do.
Only the command I used to compile the firmware remains.
docker run --rm -it -v ${pwd}:/usr/local/src/RS41ng rs41ng_compiler
How to create a container?

Problem SOLVED.
To create the container in Docker, using the command prompt, you need to be in the directory where RS41NG is located and run:
docker build -t rs41ng_compiler .
To compile the firmware in Windows strangely before it worked with the Linux command.
Now it works correctly using the command for windows:
docker run --rm -it -v %cd%:/usr/local/src/RS41ng rs41ng_compiler
