No combination of gps settings other than a 1000 millisecond fix rate and a position message rate of 1 will provide reliable timed transmissions. I have tried high and low power gps, various time message rates. Specifically I am attempting 1 or 2 minute timing with various gps timing combinations of greater that 1 second.
