[ENHANCEMENT] Hybrid punctuation width

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When typing in a markup doc, one has to often switch between full/half width to type markup symbols like # or *, which are almost never typed in full width in any situation.

Describe the solution you'd like
Add a choice "hybrid" for option "table input punctuation width", with which the semantical punctuations like 。，！？：“”（）— are in full width by default, while others like @#$%^&*+={}[] are in half width by default, just like in ibus-libpinyin.
