Found the fix for devices not being detected

Hi everyone,

So, I figured out the fix for the issue where the Alexa app was not detecting devices from Home Assistant. The Python Runtime must be set to v3.8 (or which ever is closest to v3.6). The code for this project needs to be updated to work with Python v3.13 (or newer).

I think i found the bug and am able to get the tests to run with python 3.13. But it still fails to find devices. Then I discovered this: https://github.com/t0bst4r/home-assistant-matter-hub

Enables you to access your home assisstant devices from Alexa without the need for an AWS Lambda using "Matter".

One note, you may need to filter your devices as I read somewhere that Alexa only supports 100 devices.
