[FR] Add a feature which allows to show a sign for a call, virada etc.

Usually hand signs are used to indicate what to play in a bateria. It would be very helpful to add a way to show that hand sign in the app somehow. It should be stored with the score. Maybe we can use an animated GIF for that?
