Unable to open MSBuild .proj file due to tools version

I am new to MSBuild Explorer and was attempting to install/run the tool. When I try to open an existing .PROJ file, I receive the following error:

Is there something missing from the install?

I think you need to install the corresponding v14 Visual Studio.
