debug_toolbar not loading at all when profiling is selected

I tried to setup the line_profiler panel in debug_toolbar.

When I add it to DEBUG_TOOLBAR_PANELS, the panel loads but does not show the line_profiler entry.
When the regular profiling option is checked, the panel does not load at all.

I am on Django 3.2.11 and debug_toolbar 3.2.4

Can replicate - django 4.0 and debug toolbar 3.5.0
