How do i store tracking state and them resume tracking from later

I am running the tracking a stream that will track mostly stationary objects, I am using the ids to identify each object uniquely.
What I want to do is in case of a system failure, reload the tracking state so that the objects are given same ID when it restarts.

Is there any functionality where i can store tha tracking stare periodically so that I can load the last saved state without resetting the IDs?
