gallery-dl should throw errors on an invalid configuration

Hi,

I was just setting up gallery-dl and realised it wasn't picking up my config, and I had to troubleshoot why.
Was the file name wrong? was the path wrong? etc etc etc

I had to go through every single config option to determine which were incorrect, which had incorrect value types, which had incorrect option names, and so on.

It would be good, if when parsing the config, gallery-dl said invalid configuration option: x or invalid configuration value: y or invalid json syntax at line n

It would make debugging so much easier

I've had [config][error] JSONDecodeError when loading '/Users/****/.config/gallery-dl/config.json': Expecting ',' delimiter: line 71 column 4 (char 1921) when I set up my config wrong. Tho the location for the config I looked how to set up before starting anything.

That's related to invalid json. I'm mainly referring to valid json, but incorrect config options
