can't get refresh token

when I go to the link given when I enter "gallery-dl oauth:deviantart" it just redirects me to DA homepage and I can't get a refresh token

Use -o browser=0 and manually enter/copy-paste the URL.
Also, try it while being logged in.

I already have to manually enter it because it just gives me the link, doesn't open it. I'm also already logged in but it doesn't work
