Navigating the installation

Hey, I'm a new user of uv. My collaborator is the one that initialized our repo using this template. On my side, when I pulled the repo locally, the virtual environment was not installed and I had to do it manually. Perhaps it would be great to add in README.md to mentioned that one can still manually re-initialize the venv with : uv venv

Hi! Running uv sync from within the repo will generate the environment and install the declared dependencies in your pyproject.toml and uv.lock files. Would this address what you had to "do manually"?

A mention of this somewhere would indeed be nice, as this is meant as a beginner-friendly template; I couldn't presently find one.
