repseqio updates?

Hi MiXCR team,

Back in 2023 I used your repseqio tool to download and MiXCR reference V and J. I installed repseqio using https://github.com/repseqio/repseqio/releases and ran repseqio fasta -s hsa -g VRegion default output.fasta to get the fasta.

I am redoing the process today and realized that the website is not found. What steps should I take to get your latest reference?

Hi,
Yes, the reference libraries can now be found on the online database: https://vdj.online/library.
Also, you can add the reference coumn for each clone directly in MiXCR output:
-nFeature VRegion germline

Great thank you so much! I just want to confirm the reference library at https://vdj.online/library show functional genes only, and if not, how can we download the files in a way such that we can differentiate between the functional and the non-functional genes, such as IGKV2-29*00|P|taxonId=9606 vs. TRBV6-4*00|F|taxonId=9606

The database shows both Functional and Non-functional, unfortunately at the moment we don't have a feature to export it in the header
