Improvements to the "No Quarantine" option

In relation to #75

Having this option is great! I have two suggestions to improve it:

1. Consider renaming it to “Trust Unregistered Developer”, which might make its purpose clearer.
2. It would be useful to have this option per app, so that control is more granular and potential risks are better mitigated.
