Is this to be expected?

When I python scripts/rpi-rf_send -p 173 -t 1 533151, the output says 2022-07-24 21:44:18 - [INFO] rpi-rf_send: 533151 [protocol: 1, pulselength: 173, length: default, repeat: 10] but on the receiver side I get the message four times:

2022-07-24 21:44:18 - [INFO] rpi-rf_receive: 533151 [pulselength 175, protocol 1]
2022-07-24 21:44:18 - [INFO] rpi-rf_receive: 533151 [pulselength 175, protocol 1]
2022-07-24 21:44:18 - [INFO] rpi-rf_receive: 533151 [pulselength 175, protocol 1]
2022-07-24 21:44:18 - [INFO] rpi-rf_receive: 533151 [pulselength 176, protocol 1]

Is this to be expected?
