Publish 2.3.0-preview.2 to NuGet for Array Index Support

Hi,

Are there plans to publish a new preview (2.3.0-preview.2) with the fix for this Array Index support issue included?

Context:
I'm working with the latest C# SDK 2.3.0-preview.1 and came up against the mentioned issue.
It was fixed (thanks for the fix @BlackGad) and "backported to 2.3.0-preview.2", but I don't see that preview release tagged or published anywhere since then.
