I have a related issue that might be relevant here.

The same file, data/raw/nci/2022-11-NCI/data/cancer_drugs_2024.csv, seems to be required to reproduce Figure 5 using plot_figure_5.py, but I couldn’t find instructions or a download link in the repository.

Could you please let me know where this NCI data can be downloaded, or whether it is generated by another script?
