Error: name "torch“, "logger" is not defined

In line 524, txagent.py, using torch.cuda.empty cache()
line 524, txagent.py, logger.info( "The number of tokens exceeds the maximum limit!!!!")
but didn`t import torch and logger in txagent.py.
