Cycling Stars

I was wondering if it's possible to have my list of bullet points cycle for levels of headers. For example, I would like the stars of the last two headers ("*") cycle back to those of the first two ("◉" and "○").

By the way, I'm using doom emacs with this config:

I thought that maybe a cyclic list could work, but probably not.

I tried a few different elisp cyclic lists online but none of them seemed to work. I ended up just repeating the list for org-modern-replace-stars, like so:

(setq org-modern-replace-stars '("◉" "○" "◈" "◇" "✸" "*" "◉" "○" "◈" "◇" "✸" "*"))
