Error Build Project in Eclipse

I tried to follow the instructions on git. I have done the "Import Eclipse" step. Then I did "Project / Build all" and it came up "Error 127 and Error 2"

Hi, I have not touched this page in the last 10 years. Many things have potentially changed since then. E.g for android development Android Studio replaced Eclipse as the norm.
