Capes do not seem to be applied to 64x64px models

As in the title. Capes don't seem do be supported in the 64x64px image

Removed in luanti-org/minetest_game#1928. skinsdb may use the MTG model or a specific one for 3d_armor, thus not supporting capes.

Capes are supported in images that are 64x32px. do not seem Is because I can't get them to show in that 64x64 px format
