Add topic discussion feature

It seems that we unintentionally got into discussions during standup where one should suppose to tell the status of the task he/she working on.

For this I am proposing to have a command to to instruct bot to collect all discussions topic during standup and once the standup is over, then minibot will dump all the topics for discussion.

Here, we can choose to have which topic to discuss and on ending the discussion we can again get choices for next discussion.

I like the idea. The idea should be to park the bigger discussion topics till we finish the standup. Also depending upon the topics we can decide if we want to discuss on IRC or on a video conference.
