Boots hangs indefinitely on Windows10+HyperV due to possible missing hardware support in upstream B2D

As a reference, vanilla TCL boots fine and the first broken B2D commit is the following:
boot2docker/boot2docker@7d3984d

At the moment there isn't a solution which seems to work well when it concerns the B2D image.
