Use PrisonerNumber rather than PrisonNumber

There is a difference between Prisoner Number which is associated with the person in prison whereas Prison Number is the prison estate number.
So it is imperative to use right terminology to avoid confusion in longer run.
Please change appropriately across the codebase.
