Description
Build the classic Minesweeper header.

Requirements

• Mine Counter: Display Total Mines - Current Flags. (Allow negative numbers).
• Timer: Increment seconds from first click until Game Over. Format: 000 to 999.
• Smiley Button:
  • Center of header.
  • Resets the game board when tapped.
  • (Optional) "Ooh" face 😮 while user is pressing down on a grid cell.
