`Invalid file` Error When Restoring from Desktop and Some Locations

Overview

DataButler appears to have trouble accessing databases backups in certain locations.

Repro

1. Place a backup on your Desktop
2. Double-click the .bak to open in DataButler

Expected

It would open the .bak and be ready to restore it. 🌈 🦄
