At what resolution? It looks fine I think on the Retina iPad. I want to add some chapter links there in the future when I hopefully get around to adding some more articles.

1024x768 -- it'll be less silly when it's got stuff in it. Also, maybe a media query to hide it on really small screens (ie: mobile) ?
